The work on the car was very well done and it took a while but I do not fault the dealership for that other than the fact that staffing issues were a factor in the delay but had nothing to do with getting the parts in stock. Why I mark this review down is mainly because of poor communication from my service advisor Pablo. I dropped my car off on a Thursday and I heard nothing about what happened to the car until I called a week later and had to wait a day. Then Pablo called me back a day later and kind of kept me in the loop. Then the communication stopped again for a whole week. I also had a hard time reaching him on the phone despite numerous phone calls. I got so upset that I lodged a BBB complaint and I do give him credit for addressing that promptly. I finally got the car back three weeks after dropping it off. I didn't mind being without a car for that long as I understand that stuff happens behind the scenes. I was very upset at the lack of communication about the vehicle. If I had better communication, I would have been able to rent a car for the time the vehicle was in the shop (I still feel that a warranty repair should result in a loaner car) and plan better. Because I didn't have the information it was very difficult for me to plan my schedule without knowing if I would have a vehicle or not. I have no doubt that behind the scenes Pablo was doing everything he could to get my car fixed in a timely manner. Like I told him myself, I just wish the communication had been much better. But I have the car back, and the work that was actually done was good work so no complaints on that part.

Overall the experience was great. It could have been much better in regards to finance negotiations in terms of leasing the vehicle. I think the communication should be a little more transparent and effective so the customer feels completely satisfied.

Your information is wrong, I did not purchase a vehicle on a 10/22.. That was the date that I sent another email. Your sentiment analysis software determined that my email was negative and auto generated a useless survey My experience purchasing a vehicle at Clay Cooley Chevrolet. Was the worst vehicle purchase experience I have ever had. I have concerns that should be addressed and someone is supposed to address them today. We’ll see if it actually happens and if my issues are resolved. At this point, I’m very doubtful. But you still have a chance.
