Your information is wrong, I did not purchase a vehicle on a 10/22.. That was the date that I sent another email. Your sentiment analysis software determined that my email was negative and auto generated a useless survey My experience purchasing a vehicle at Clay Cooley Chevrolet. Was the worst vehicle purchase experience I have ever had. I have concerns that should be addressed and someone is supposed to address them today. We’ll see if it actually happens and if my issues are resolved. At this point, I’m very doubtful. But you still have a chance.

Took them over a year to fix my truck, then they broke the windshield wipers and are trying to charge me 1000 to fix what they broke, horrible service

had to wait 1 hour 20 minutes for a 20-minute oil and filter change, with an appointment. Also, it would be a good idea when you sent a customer a $30 coupon for the service, to let the service dept know about the coupon. It isn't very good customer service when a Dealership in Irving doesn't know about its own coupons. They charged me over $38 for the deal, should have been around $33 with Texas tax. Employees were courteous and friendly, like Texans should be. Thanks
